By accessing or using EthosNeo (“the Application”), operated by Systemores LLC (“Systemores”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Application.
2. Platform Scope & Core Tools
EthosNeo provides 120-item Big Five psychometric assessments, 30-facet score breakdowns, the Behavioral Vector Explorer topology visualizer, Small Group Analytics + Synergy diagnostics, and the Workplace Conflict + Synergy Matrix. All scoring algorithms and visualizer mechanics are proprietary property of Systemores LLC grounded in open-science psychometric benchmarks.
3. 31-Language Localization & International Use
EthosNeo offers client-side 31-language translation and RTL text formatting. Language selections update user interface strings dynamically. You agree to use translated reports in compliance with local privacy regulations and employment laws.
4. Acceptable Use & Non-Discrimination
EthosNeo diagnostics are designed exclusively for team alignment, communication, and executive development. Reports and scores must not be used to make unlawful employment decisions, discriminate, or violate workplace fairness laws.
5. Client-Side Data Storage Rights
Assessment responses, generated reports, and dyad conflict matrices are stored locally in your web browser. You retain full control over your stored data and may purge local storage at any time using the Storage Manager modal.
