1. Information Processing & Local Storage

EthosNeo operates on a strict Privacy-by-Design architecture. When taking the 120-item inventory or generating team/conflict diagnostics:

• Item responses are scored statelessly without tracking your identity.
• Saved reports, team rosters, and dyad conflict matrices are stored exclusively in your browser local storage (localStorage).
• You can view size usage, export JSON payloads, or purge local data anytime via the [ 💾 Saved (N) ] storage manager.

2. How Data Is Used

Scores are used strictly to render your 30-facet radar charts, Behavioral Vector Explorer visualizer, Small Group Analytics + Synergy diagnostics, and Workplace Conflict + Synergy Matrix. Your data is never sold, rented, or monetized for advertising.

3. Data Control & Erasure

Because your assessment data is stored locally on your device, you have total control over retention. Clearing your browser cache or clicking “Purge All Data” in the Storage Manager permanently deletes all records from your system.
